Wudang swordsmanship belongs to the Inner School. This set of swordplay demonstrated by Chu Guiting is passed on by Mr. Li Jinglin. This swordplay features the perfect integration of the holder and the sword, the sword and mentality, stealthy and turning footwork, spinning and revolving grip, steady and swift paces.  So when practicing this sword exercise, the practitioner is required to follow uncompromisingly the three principles, namely Taichi waist, Eight-trigram footwork, form-and-will force. Each stance of the sword is practical and purposeful. This complete duel swordplay routine includes five sets of routines, each of which is fit for separate practice.
