Small Frame is a practice of Yi, Qi movement and spirit preservation. �Small isn�t small, large frame isn�t large.� It can be practiced small and large both, a practice of small frame is the immanent of fist practice, not only its outside frame, the small frame must move in proper sequence, rather than accomplish in an action.
